AGRARIAN UNIVERSITY AND UN DPI TO REALIZE COOPERATION PROGRAM

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 18, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian National Agrarian
University and the Department of Public Information of the UN signed
a cooperation program on December 18 providing opportunity to the
students of the Armenian National Agrarian University to improve their
knowledge regarding values, agenda and activity in Armenia of the UN.
The Department of Public Information of the UN informed “Armenpress”
that opening of the UN corner in the library of the Armenian National
Agrarian University is the first point of the cooperation program.
Among the measures targeting spread of the UN values are celebration
of the UN days, visits to the sites of implementation of the programs
of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization, lectures and discussions
and many others.
The UN corner is provided by various printed materials of the UN
providing information regarding the activity of the organization. The
UN corner of the Armenian National Agriculture University library
will be used for the organization of cultural, educational and other
measures regarding the UN.
