SINGLE MOTHER LIVES IN A HUT WITH HER LITTLE KID

The condition of the single mothers in Gyumri, while the unemployment,
homelessness and poverty reign there, is very difficult.
The “Shirak Center” in order to provide the aid sent by the American
benefactor Elvis Madatyan and for preparing video materials continues
regular visits to such families which are in that condition. The
observations show that the single mothers live due to the work they
do in different families, caring for lonely old people and keeping
the cattle in further villages.
In this video prepared by “Shirak Center” Zoya Simonyan tells how
her family survives.
