The Court of General Jurisdiction of Syuniq region presided by justice
Sergey Aghabekyan continues preliminary investigation of the criminal
case imitated against Davit Avtandilyan.
The latter was accused for the fact that being a Head of Air Defence
with Major military rank and hosted by Karen Qosyan, Lieutenant
Colonel, Head of Air Defence, stole Nokia C 1-01 and Samsung X-160
cell phones causing a considerable property damage in the amount of
26000 AMD.
Davit Avtandilyan is charged on the grounds of article 177 section 1.
Signature on not leaving was chosen as a preventive measure.
