Turkey again forwards preconditions to Armenia

Turkey is ready to discuss all the painful issues with Armenia but the
latter should first leave Artsakh, Turkish media quoted Foreign
Minister Ahmet Davutoglu as saying.
`Only after it Ankara may think over settling relations with Armenia,’
Davutoglu said.
He stressed that only after the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is settled
in Azerbaijan’s favor the border with Armenia will open, economic
relations will restore `reviving the Armenian economy.’
