URUGUAY’S FOREIGN MINISTER TO VISIT ARMENIA

The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Uruguay Luis Almagro, will
pay an official visit to Armenia May 4-5 at the invitation of Armenian
Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian.
Within the framework of the visit the Foreign Minister will have
meetings with Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan and His Holiness
Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians.
The meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Uruguay Luis
Almagro and Edward Nalbandian will be followed by a joint press
conference.
Luis Almagro will visit Tsitsernakaberd to lay a wreath at the memorial
to the Armenian Genocide victims.
