The Armenian representative to PACE Hermine Naghdalyan made a statement
in connection with the 97th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
In her statement Heghine Naghdalyan thanked all states, organizations
and parliaments who recognized the Armenian Genocide of 1915.
She announced that Turkey should have been the first to recognize and
condemn the Armenian Genocide, but instead they forget their history
and propose to create a historian’s commission.
