Bako Sahakyan Meets Members Of Los Angeles Union Of Iranian-Armenian


President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR, Artsakh ) Bako
Sahakyan met on Friday wih the representatives of the Los Angeles
Union of Iranian-Armenians

According to a press release by the NKR presidential office, issues
related to the country’s socio-economic situation and foreign policy,
and the Artsakh-Diaspora ties were discussed at the meeting.

The president highly praised the Union’s role in preserving Armenian
national identity in the Diaspora, strengthening its ties with their
historical homeland.

The meeting was also attended by the primate of the Artsakh Diocese
of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan,
a spokesperson at the NKR presidential office, David Babayan, and
the NKR permanent representative to the United States and Canada,
Robert Avetisyan.
