SUGAR PRICE RISES BY 46,4 IN A YEAR IN ARMENIA

Sugar prices have risen by 46,4% in September compared to the same
period in 2010, according to a recent report by Armenia~Rs National
Statistic Service.

Compared to August 2011 the price went up by 20.9% in September,
it added.

The price of sugar went up in Armenian towns in September (compared
to August) from 18,4% to 24,3%.

The highest rise in sugar prices was registered in Martuni town
in Gegharqunik.

In Yerevan the price rose by 21,4%, according to the same report.
