BELARUSIAN PRESIDENT SEES TENSIONS IN RELATIONS WITH ARMENIA

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashchenko noted a high-level
oftrade-economic relations with Armenia, but sees tensions, he said
at ameeting with Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian in Minsk.
Thetwo states are members of the CSTO, AFN.by reports.
Nalbandian said that he plans to discuss a wide range of
bilateralissues, regional and international affairs. He plans to sign
acooperation plan for 2011-2012.
