On September 3, took place the council session of Armenian State
Engineering University, during which, with 30 favors and 1 against
votes, the rector was selected Ara Avetisyan.
During the council session of Gyumiry State Pedagogical University
after M. Nalbandyan with 21 favor votes, the rector was selected
Vardan Grigoryan.
During the council session of Yerevan State Conservatory after Komitas,
with 18 favor votes, the rector was selected Shahen Shahinyan.
