Sahakyan has congratulated the new Abkhazian leader on his victory
in recent presidential election.
In his congratulatory address to the Abkhazian president-elect,
Alexander Ankvab, Sahakyan expressed confidence that his knowledge and
rich experience of a state political figure would greatly contribute
to the country’s development and further strengthening.
“I am hopeful that the relationship between our countries will not
only maintain the positive dynamics but also be upgraded to a new
level,” the NKR president said in his address.
