NGO sets award for worst programs, films, soap operas

An Armenian non-governmental organization has announced a series of
awards called `Trash on TV’.

In a statement released on Saturday the NGO called `We Will Not Keep
Silent’ said that the award will be given twice a month to the worst
TV programs, films and soap operas.

All the `winners’ of this award will receive certificates via mail.
The TV channels that will be host of those `winners’ will receive of
100 drams for what the NGO called `get rid of the trash’.

The first winners will be known in the coming days, the NGO said.
