PRIME MINISTER HAD A MEETING WITH THE STUDENTS OF FUND “LUYS”

On July 25, NKR Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan met with a group
of students being assisted by the fund “Luys”. Director of fund’s
educational project Zhaklin Karaaslanyan was at the head. Prime
Minister greeted the armenian students who study in the outstanding
higher educational institutions of the world (four of them from NKR),
estimated their striving for education highly and attached importance
to using the acquired knowledge for the benefit of motherland.

By the Prime Minister’s words there is a serious problem of cadres
almost in all spheres. He addressed the students to return and work
in Artsakh, of course, creating proper conditions for them.

Students told about their meetings in Artsakh. They had discussions
with the youth of different settlements, listened to their problems
and suggested how to solve them.

By the students’ request Prime Minister told about the economic
projects and educational reforms realized in the republic.

NKR Minister of Education and Science Vladik Khachatryan participated
in the meeting.

During its 2-year activity the fund “Luys” cared for the educational
fee of numerous armenian students. More than 200 students study in
the world’s leading higher educational institutions by the data of
this year.
