Wikileaks cables unveil new details from a meeting between Mikheil
Saakashvili of Georgia and Ambassador Tina Kaidanow, Principal Deputy
Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.

The records are dated back on September 25, 2009 and were sent to
the State Department by a US envoy.

It’s said Georgian President and US Ambassador have focused on some
regional developments, including the Armenian-Turkish relations.

“Saakashvili said he hailed the process over mending the
Armenian-Turkish relations, and was hopeful that Armenia would reject
Russian influence.”
