Vahan Hovhannisyan believes that the Armenian National Congress (ANC)
succeeded in securing international pressure on Armenia.
“However, this pressure, actually, targets the Nagorno Karabakh problem
but not establishment of democracy,” he told journalists on June 6.
According to him, only a force which is capable to ensure international
pressure on the Karabakh process can be supported from the outside.
