PRESIDENT SARGSYAN PROPOSES AMNESTY AHEAD OF 20TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

On the basis of the Article 81.1.1 of the Constitution of the Republic
of Armenia and Article 90 of the by law of the National Assembly
of Armenia, President Serzh Sargsyan has applied to the National
Assembly with a proposal to declare amnesty on the occasion of the
20th anniversary of the Republic of Armenia.
