YEREVAN. – Armenian MP and businessman Tigran Arzakantsan disobeyed
demands of traffic police and abandoned the scene.
Traffic police officers stopped MP’s car, BMW-740, and its escort
vehicle, Mitsubishi Pajero, because the drivers of both vehicles did
not wear seatbelts, informs photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan.
When police asked to provide driving licenses the MP declared that
police do not have the right to search his car and abandoned the scene.
