ARMENIAN TYCOON SAMVEL KARAPETYAN 3RD IN FORBES LIST

Russian-Armenian tycoon Samvel Karapetyan has been ranked the 3rd
with $410 million in annual income among Russian businessmen who
earned the most from their real estate in 2010, Lenta.ru reported.

The ranking list has been prepared by the Russian Forbes.

Karapetyan, who is the Director of Tashir Holding, owns estate in
Moscow, as well as in the cities of Yaroslavl, Belgorod, Ivanovo,
Kaluga, Sochi and Yalta.

Currently, Tashir owns several trade centers, including the Rio
network. It has $1,7billion in earnings in 2010.

Forbes’ list is headed by Aras Aghalarov, the head of the Krokus
Company that received $550 million in annual income from its estate.

Zarakh Iliyev and God Nisanov have occupied the second place in the
list with $520 million in annual earnings.

They own a few trade centers in Moscow, as well as the Ukraine and
Slavianskaya hotels.
