ARMAN MELIKYAN: RIGHTS OF AZERBAIJANI ARMENIANS ARE NOT PROTECTED

Artsakh former Foreign Minister Arman Melikyan made remarks in a
meeting with the reporters over Sumgayit events. According to him
Azerbaijan blames Armenian side for the Sumgayit events hiding the
real sinfuls.
“Sumgayit events happened many years ago, but people who saw and lived
those days, can never forget them. Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh don’t
have a united targeted policy towards NK conflict and protection of
rights of Azerbaijani Armenian refugees,” A. Melikyan said.
A. Melikyan hailed the idea of making film series about Sumgayit
events, but added with regret that they are not a part of RA policy.
Artsakh former FM said that the rights of Azerbaijani Armenians are
not protected.
