S. Minasyan: `No war is expected to start’

`The tensed situation in the line of contact isn’t a war threat, it
is a military blackmail, which Azerbaijan uses to pressure on Armenia
and the international community aimed to have at least any
concessions,’ political expert Sergey Minasyan told the reporters.

Expert said the military blackmail is the only thing that Azerbaijan
can use, since this country speaks only about war and makes only
military statements during the negotiations and information filed.

But it was also underscored that the intensified military statements
which used to be made have been exhausted. `After making such
statements, a leader who has a feeling of respect towards himself
should have started the war, but he didn’t,’ expert said added that
anyway there wouldn’t be a war taking into account the
military-technical balance of the line of contact and interests of
powerful states.

But this doesn’t necessarily mean that Armenia should anticipate any
improvement in the negotiations, since the parties have conflict of
interests.
