In general, the atmosphere at OSCE summit in Astana was favorable to
Armenia, with OSCE Minsk Group position on Karabakh conflict proving

As he told a news conference in Yerevan, ~SFinal declaration of Astana
summit contains no mention of Artsakh, which suggests that OSCE
position on the issue remains unchanged, and is more in accordance
