Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev stated that Dmitry Medvedev’s
personal contribution plays positive role in resolution of the Karabakh
conflict, advancing the peace process.
In the course of presidents’ meeting in Baku, Azerbaijani leader
noted certain progress is registered in talks, stressing that “the
conflict can be resolved only based on norms of the international
law and resolutions on Karabakh adopted by the international agencies.”
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev arrived in Baku to participate in
the Third Caspian Summit.
