YEREVAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS: At the age of 68 acting member of the
Armenian Constitutional Court, member of the Supreme Council of the
Holy See of St. Etchmiadzin Rafael Papayan passed away. Connected
with his demise Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan set up
a governmental commission headed by the head of the Armenian
Constitutional Court Gagik Harutyunyan.
