The moment for Heritage party’s legislative initiative on recognition
of Nagorno Karabakh independence is not yet convenient, RPA member,
parliament member Gagik Minasyan told a press conference.
“That step stays in our arsenal, and we will take it when necessary,”
Minasyan added.
The speaker also touched upon the statements of OSCE Minsk Group
co-chairs on cases of ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan. He stressed
that the co-chairs play up to Azerbaijan by equating the parties in
their statements.
“The Azerbaijani side has so many problems that if the co-chairs
once again mention that Azerbaijan is the cause of bad developments,
the Azeri side can just quit the negotiations,” parliamentarian said.
