CRIMINAL CASE IN RELATION TO SUICIDE ATTEMPT BY LT. COLONEL OF ARMENIAN DEFENSE MINISTRY TROOPS TERMINATED

ArmInfo. The criminal case in relation to the suicide attempt by Lt.
Colonel Khosrov Shadyan, Armenian Defense Ministry troops, was
terminated.
On April 28 2010 at an army unit of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Lt.
Colonel Khosrov Shadyan “knifed himself 4 times” and was hospitalized.
A criminal case was initiated on Article 110 part 2 of the Armenian
Criminal Code (incitement to suicide).
Armenian Defense Ministry Investigation Department told ArmInfo on
August 24 2010 the case was terminated in line with Article 35 part
1 point 1 of the Code of Criminal Proceedings (absence of crime act).
The case has been submitted to the Military Prosecutor’s Office for
review of legality of its termination.
