Vendredi 27 octobre, vers 21 heures près des positions arméniennes au
nord de la frontière entre le Haut Karabagh et l’Azerbaïdjan, un
soldat azéri s’est constitué prisonnier auprès des forces arméniennes.
Le Sergent Roman Novrouzoghli Husseinov (25 ans) a préférer rejoindre
les positions arméniennes, se disant victime de brimades et
humiliations imposées dans son régiment. Pratiques qui sont courantes
auprès des officiers de l’armée azérie.
