"The Armenian Genocide is not only a historical issue, but also a
geopolitical and Armenia using the geopolitical factor of the Genocide
in his relations with Turkey will achieve a success," stated Ruben
Safrastyan.
According to R. Safrastyan Armenia should strengthen process of
international recognition of the Genocide and to undertake steps for
moving this process into international legal field.
"This is our problem, but from the geopolitical point of view now it
is the most suitable time for that," R. Safrastyan stressed.
