NKR Public Council on Foreign Policy and Security issued a message
which in particular runs that on May 12, in Stepanakert, a roundtable
entitled "Artsakh settlement-legal and political aspects" took place.

The event was attended by representatives of public organizations,
political parties, government, media and experts of the NKR. The
keynote addresses were made by lawyer Andreas Ghukasyan (Yerevan) and
the senior expert of the Armenian Center for National and International
Studies Manvel Sargsyan.

and specifically drew attention to the fact of the responsibility of
the international community for 20 years of deepening of the Karabakh
conflict, in connection with its fundamental errors, in particular,
arbitrary and illegal approaches in recognition of new states.

pointed out, which enable the international society, the RA and NKR
powers reform and transfer to the legal field the NKR issue.

right to demand from the NKR unwarranted concessions in territorial
terms, and the question of the status of the independent state.

The NKR Public Council commanded the appeal of the head of the
Stepanakert Media Club Gegham Baghdasaryan to the Azerbaijani, RA

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
