"Victories make an ethnic community more self-confident, while defeats
bring about inferiority complex expressed by aggression. This is what
can be observed in Azerbaijan," member of the Public Council of the
Ministry of Defense, military psychologist David Jamalyan told a
press conference today.

Armenians have an objective basis to glorify the Artsakh war. This
victory shaped a feeling of self-assertion among Armenians. This was
inversely proportional to the feeling of the Azerbaijani society,
the psychologist said. According to him, internal courage is necessary
for accepting the defeat and speaking about it.
