Women’s FIDE Grand Prix competition in Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria,
restarted after a one-day break with the Armenian chess players Elina
Danielyan and Lilit Lazarian recording poor results, reports Armenian
news website Armsport.am.

Elina Danielyan lost in the 6th tour to the Chinese player Yifan Hou
with white figures. It was Danielyan’s 4th defeat in Nalchik.

Lilit Lazarian, in turn, lost to the Batkhuyag Munguntul (Mongolia)
in the 4th tour playing with black figures. This was the second set
Lazarian did not gain any point.

The winner list is headed by Russian player Tatyana Kosintseva with
5.5 points.

Lilit Lazarian is the 9th in the list with her 2.5 points, while
Elina Danielyan is the last one (12th).
