Sargsyan And Clinton Discussed The Armenian – Turkish Relations

On the sidelines of the nuclear security summit in Washington RA
President Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with the U.S. Secretary of
State Hilary Clinton, informs the RA Press Office of the President.

The two discussed prospective of the normalization of the Armenian –
Turkish relations. The U.S. Secretary of State reaffirmed the words of
the US president Barak Obama to continue the process of normalization
of the Armenian – Turkish relations without preconditions. Serzh
Sargsyan and Hilary Clinton discussed issues concerning the Armenian –
American bilateral relations, as well as the peaceful settlement of
the NKR conflict on the sidelines of the OSCE Minsk Group.

On the same day RA President Serzh Sargsyan met with the U.S.
congressman Adam Schiff. During the conversation Serzh Sargsyan
expressed his gratitude for the efforts of the congressmen directed
to the process of recognition of the Armenian Genocide, as well as
for the support shown to Armenia and Artsakh.
