YEREVAN, APRIL 15, NOYAN TAPAN. A 100-meter section of the interstate
road Yerevan – Sevan – Ijevan – Georgian border was destroyed and
made impassable by a landslide on April 14. The indicated section is
located near the village of Hovk, at 114 kilometer of the interstate
motorway. The Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanian
went to Tavush marz to examine the situation and deal with this
problem, NT correspondent was informed by Susanna Tonoyan, spokeswoman
for the minister.

To recap, the same road section was made impassable by a landslide
in January and February.
