President Sargsyan Hosts AGBU Delegation

PRESIDENT SARGSYAN HOSTS AGBU DELEGATION

Armenia’s President Serzh Sargsyan hosted Thursday delegation of the
Armenian General Benevolent Union with organisation’s president Berge
Setrakian on head, a spokesperson for Presidential Administration said.

President Sargsyan welcomed the guests, thanked the organisation for
its activities and expressed readiness to contribute to AGBU programs.

He said wishes for establishing of the AGBU Office in Yerevan.

Berge Setrakian, in his part, said believes that all abroad-located
Armenian organisations should be centralized in Armenia. "Wherever
we are, our place is here," he said.

Guests and hosters discussed Armenia-Diaspora relations, and other
items; President Sargsyan handed to Nazar Nazarian, chairman of
the Board of Trustees of AGBU, and his wife Artemisa Nazarian –
the Nazarians donated to the Radiology and Interventional Neurology
Center’s opening in Yerevan — passports of citizens of Republic
of Armenia.
