`Karabakh can be back to negotiating table due to mediators only’

Whether or not NKR will be back to the negotiating process for
Karabakh conflict settlement depends on the mediators, said the member
of ARP, Gagik Melikyan today.

`Faster Karabakh becomes a negotiating side faster we will see the
final result of the conflict settlement,’ he said.

`In the mediating organizations and in the mediating countries the ice
seems to be broken and they do agree that Karabakh should become a
negotiating side,’ the deputy mentioned adding that it depends on the
mediators whether Azerbaijan will agree to sit with Karabakh around
the negotiating table.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
