AZERBAIJANIS KILL ARMENIAN SERGEANT

Armenian contract sergeant, 28-year-old Sarkis Voskanian, was
shot dead on March 1 in a result of violation of the armistice at
Armenia-Azerbaijan border.

Sarkis Voskanian is reported received a fatal shot to the head at
the dislocated near Chinar Village Military Unit 21127.

The investigation has been launched.
