ARMENIAN SERGEANT SHOT DEAD

Armenian contract sergeant, Sarkis Voskanyan, 28, was shot dead on
March 1 as a result of violation of the cease-fire regime at the
Armenia-Azerbaijan border near Chinari village.
Sarkis Voskanyan received a fatal shot at the head as a result of the
fire opened by the rival, Information and Public Relations Department
of the Ministry of Defense reports.
Investigation into the case has been launched.
