Turkey continues contributing to stability and cooperation in the
South Caucasus and, as one of the principal states of the region,
to the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Turkish Premier
Recep Erdogan stated at a conference of Turkey’s place in the changing
balance forces on February 3.

He once more called on the OSCE Minsk Group to intensify its efforts
to resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh problem.

The Turkish Premier once again stressed that Azerbaijan is an important
country for Turkey.

Recep Erdogan voiced his disappointment over the RA Constitutional
Court’s verdict on the Armenian-Turkish protocols.

"We insist that that the protocols be respected. Turkey is honoring
its commitments, and Armenia should show respect for the protocols
as well," Erdogan said.

“I should like to see any power of the world destroy this race, this small tribe of unimportant people, whose wars have all been fought and lost, whose structures have crumbled, literature is unread, music is unheard, and prayers are no more answered. Go ahead, destroy Armenia . See if you can do it. Send them into the desert without bread or water. Burn their homes and churches. Then see if they will not laugh, sing and pray again. For when two of them meet anywhere in the world, see if they will not create a New Armenia.” - WS
