There are differences of opinion on the Cyprus issue, as well as the
issue of establishing Armenia-Turkey relations, between Turkey and
Russia, said Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party’s deputy
chair for external affairs, Suat Kiniklioglu, report Turkish media.

"It would be good if Moscow displayed a more constructive approach
in settling current issues in the South Caucasus," said Kiniklioglu,
while adding that there exists a cooperation based on mutual interests
between Turkey and Russia in the trade and energy sectors.
