NO ALTERNATIVES FOR THE MINSK GROUP

Political scientist Alexander Iskandaryan expressed an opinion that
the idea that the new outbreak of the Karabakh conflict can bring to
a new world war is baseless.

Coming to the possible changes of the OSCE Minsk Group formats he
called them baseless as well.

"There is no alternative for the OSCE Minks Group format", – noticed
A. Iskandaryan.

The speaker also exempted the membership of Iran to Minsk Group
noticing that the mentioned country is not a member of OSCE and can
have no participation in the conflict solution.

"Iran has no legal bases to take part in the normalization process
of the conflict normalization, but that country surely will have
its role as a regional power and a balancing part", – mentioned the
political scientist.
