May 8-9 Second Meeting of the workshop on Kosovo and Karabakh, "After
Kosovo Declaration of Independence and the August 2008 War: The New
Geopolitics and Role of Diplomacy in the Caucasus"co-organizaed with
CIMERA, in Geneva, Switzerland.
