Bellator signs featherweight Karakhanyan
Georgi Karakhanyan has only lost once in 14 fights.CAPTIONBellator
Fighting ChampionshipsBellator Fighting Championships today announced
it signed King of the Cage veteran Georgi Karakhanyan for its next
featherweight tournament.
Karakhanyan (12-1-1) has been fighting for more than years on various
regional circuits. He’s the first name confirmed following Bellator
CEO Bjorn Rebney’s Twitter announcement that the organization has
recently signed four featherweights with a combined record of 38-2.
Joe Soto (7-0) won Bellator’s inaugural 145-pound tournament last year.
