NUBARASHEN JAIL DEPUTY WARDEN ACCUSED OF NEGLIGENCE

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ Deputy warden of Nubarashen jail, lieutenant
colonel Manuk Mikaelyan and lieutenant colonel Serzhik Tamrazyan were
detained over negligence that resulted in escape of two life-termers
on November 27.
Mikaelyan and Tamrazyan are charged under article 315.2 of the RA
Criminal Code.
Investigation is underway.
