YEREVAN COURT DISMISSED THE CASE AGAINST CAUCASUS INSTITUTE

/PanARMENIAN.Net/ The General Jurisdiction court of Kentron and
Nork Marash district satisfied respondent’s motion and suspended
inquiry into Ararat Center’s claim, Caucasus Institute reported to
PanARMENIAN.Net.

In a case against Caucasus Institute, Ararat Strategic Research Center
and its Director Armen Ayvazyan claimed refutation of the article
which they believe constituted denial of Armenian Genocide. In 2008,
Caucasus Institute published "Caucasian Neighborhood: Turkey and South
Caucasus" collection which comprised Tesev analyst’s reports titled
"Armenian-Turkish relations: eternal deadlock?" According to Armen
Ayvazyan, the use of the word "genocide: in quotation marks calls
into question the historical fact.
