EDUCATIONAL RELATIONS BETWEEN ARMENIA AND EGYPT DISCUSSED

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 28, ARMENPRESS: Armenian ambassador to Egypt Armen
Melkonyan met October 27 in Egypt with the country’s Higher Education
and Science Minister Hani Helal.

Armenian Foreign Ministry’s Media and Information Department told
Armenpress that during the conversation the parties discussed issues
on educational relations between the two countries and prospects of
development of cooperation in the sphere, particularly referring
to the process of preparatory works for signing of practical
inter-governmental program of educational cooperation for 2009-2012.

The parties underscored the further development of direct ties between
Armenian and Egyptian higher educational establishments and exchange
of experience.
