CHARLES AZNAVOUR DISCUSSED ARMENIAN-TURKISH PROTOCOLS IN GENEVA

Armenia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva,
Ambassador Charles Aznavour, paid a visit to Geneva City and Canton
Council, where he met with council chair Daniel Hillarie.

As informed by the Republic of Armenia Minister of Foreign Affairs,
during the meeting, Ambassador Aznavour discussed a number of issues
important for Armenia in the United Nations, highly praising the warm
and friendly relations which Geneva’s city and canton authorities
have with the Swedish-Armenian community.

Council Chair Hillarie highlighted the Armenian community’s, as well
as individual members’, activities. During the meeting, attention was
paid as well to the Armenian-Turkish Protocols signing in Zurich and
further tasks to be carried out by both sides in this process.
