AZERBAIJAN’S ‘COMPROMISE’: ‘WE AGREE TO FREEING OF 5 REGIONS’

"Azerbaijan demands the freeing of all territories, but in the first
stage we agree to the freeing of 5 regions, while mentioning the date
of withdrawing from the other two regions at the same time.
"After we reach an agreement with Armenia over this issue, all means
of communication will be open between the two countries, the regions
will return to Azerbaijan’s territory and negotiations related to
Nagorno-Karabakh’s status will take place," said Azerbaijan Ministry
of Foreign Affairs representative Elhan Polukhov.
