/PanARMENIAN.Net/ "According to Turkey’s announcement, RA-Turkish
protocols will be signed by RA and Turkish Foreign Ministers on
October 10. Yet, we’re informed the presidents will be the ones to
sign protocols," Heritage Parliamentary Faction Leader Stepan Safaryan
told a news conference, citing anonymous sources.

Dwelling on negative aspects of preliminary protocols, Safaryan
thought it strange that authorities do not agree to exclude disputable
points from protocols, in case protocols do not contain any secret
preconditions. "If agreement stipulations pose no threat and do
not include preconditions, logics suggests they can be abandoned,"
Heritage representative noted.

According to Heritage Leader, if alterations to protocols are
unacceptable to Armenia and international community, there’s nothing
left for opposition but to believe RA-Turkish agreement pursues long
term goals.
