A member of the Azerbaijani Parliament will raise issue of signing a
"road map" with Turkey.

"There is a need to sign a "road map" between Turkey and
Azerbaijan. This paper should be signed before the document which is
expected to be signed between Turkey and Armenia. This paper should
be a legal framework to prevent the Turkish authorities from taking
step beyond this framework," Parliamentarian and Deputy Chairman of
the pro-government Ana Vatan Party Zahid Oruj said.

Erdogan said in his exclusive interview with Trend News that Turkey
and Armenia will sign a deal to establish diplomatic ties on Oct. 10.

He said the deal will be signed by the countries’ foreign ministers,
but it must be approved by the countries’ parliaments before taking
effect.

The parliamentarian said the "road map" might be Turkey’s moral
responsibility.

"We are brothers and all political slogans have great importance. But
we need the legal "road map". I will raise this issue at the
Azerbaijani Parliament," Oruj said.
