Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA. "Normalization of our relations with
Armenia will be effective for solution of Azerbaijan’s problem as
well", Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Cemil Cicek told journalists,
APA reports.

Cicek said Armenia and Azerbaijan were at war for 17 years, but no
one, including OSCE Minsk Group, was doing something to end it. "There
are serious developments in the opening of our relationship. Turkey
defends Azerbaijan’s position in all its actions. Azerbaijan’s position
is always important for us. Nothing in the region is important than
our fraternal relations with Azerbaijan. We have said it many times".

The Deputy Prime Minister said there were both hot and cold war in the
region at the same time. "There are some people who try to harm our
brothers with misleading reports and propaganda. All of us, Turkish
Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and me expressed our opinion about
that for many times".
