Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko sent a reply to Russian Dmitry
Medvedev’s message, Russian media reports.
Ukrainian president stated in his open letter that Kiev is not
responsible for the collapsed relations.
A source from Kremlin announced that Russian President is not
determined to start dialogue with Yushchenko.
"I can admit that there are serious problems between our countries,
but it is surprising that You completely exclude Russia’s role in it,"
Yushchenko said.
